While earlobes are a seemingly small part of the face, the loss of volume or fat in the ear can be a visible sign of aging. Dr. Reddy can help make your earlobe appear more soft and supple by increasing volume and improving the vitality of the earlobes.
Dermal fillers can be an option to restore the youthful look and feel to the lobe. Hyaluronic Acid dermal fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane can be injected to add softness and create a rounder, plumper look. The dermal filler lasts for about six months and should be repeated to keep volume within the earlobes. If the patient prefers the more voluminous appearance, a fat transfer is another more permanent option.
The treatment is relatively quick and comfortable. Patients can wear earrings immediately thereafter, and there is little to no swelling or bruising after treatment.
